Lauren Tapp believes that great companies are built by great people. As Vice President of Human Resources, she is passionate about creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow both personally and professionally.
Since joining Complete Technology Services in 2016, Lauren has played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution. Her journey through multiple areas of the business has given her a unique perspective on what employees need to succeed and how a strong culture drives exceptional outcomes for both team members and clients.
Today, Lauren leads CTS’s people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, engagement, performance management, and organizational culture. She is dedicated to ensuring that every employee has the resources, opportunities, and support needed to do their best work while building a rewarding career.
With a master’s degree in Psychology and a background in human services, training, and leadership development, Lauren brings both expertise and empathy to her role. She is passionate about helping people discover their strengths, achieve their goals, and contribute to a workplace where collaboration, accountability, and growth thrive.
A Kansas City native, Lauren earned her undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and her master’s degree from Avila University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
